I’m no stranger to excessive guilt and shame.
As a Black, queer, trans and 1st generation child of immigrant parents, I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t belong, that there must be something wrong with you, that you have to remember all of the rules to the book of life in order to stay alive, let alone feel safe and supported.
I also know what it’s like to have a practice of seeing the ego and its lies for what they are, usher in the angels of self-renewal and self-worth, and build a foundation of self-trust from the ground up.

As a coach with nearly 10 years of experience, I believe in integration in the form of intersectionality. Having all of you be expressed and self-accepted. Cultivating and sustaining inner peace. Being a positive example for others to create similar for themselves. Abundance isn’t a thing if it isn’t accessible to all, and we get to start with ourselves.
So let’s start the conversation.
