  1. Vent, verbally process, externalize and feel your feelings with nonjudgment and honesty.

  2. Create space by releasing pressure/attachment to form and/or time.

  3. Play, dream, and explore.

  4. Clarify and own needs, desires, and values.

  5. Take incremental steps from a place of congruency.

  6. Celebrate every thing every time along the way.

  7. Use deepened self-understanding to clarify and own desires with more precision.

  8. Practice curiosity and compassion, especially when confusion or uncomfortable feelings arise.

  9. Stay open. Receive, receive, receive.

  10. Repeat steps 1 through 9.
